S.A. Habib

S.A. Habib

Big Brown Man

Founder

615-341-3638

The founder with vision and instincts that built a studio meant to work a little differently. Habib’s creative spark started in his family’s textile business, designing patterns that were both beautiful and functional. That early training shaped the way he sees the world—especially when traveling, where design is often at the center of experience. Places like Disneyland, where every detail is intentional, fuel his fascination. As a stutterer, he found his clearest voice through design, writing, and visual storytelling. He’s endlessly curious about the businesses behind the brands and believes the best work begins with understanding. Also, he will quietly correct your grammar in his head. It’s just how he’s wired.

Amanda Chabbott

Amanda Chabbott

Project Juggler

Project Manager

615-341-3663

Strategic thinker, spreadsheet whisperer, and professional plate-spinner. Amanda keeps big projects moving and brings the kind of insight that actually makes things better, not just more complicated. She grew up in a finance-driven world where things were black and white, but it was the conversations that fascinated her most. When she discovered that creativity lives in the gray area—where ideas are shaped by words, visuals, and the people behind them—she knew that’s where she wanted to be. A former college swimmer, she thrives in team environments and believes collaboration is the fastest way to uncover a smart solution. She’s always scanning for the data behind the design and believes feedback should be honest, clear, and preferably end with an exclamation point.

Matt Golden

Matt Golden

Netrunner

Web Designer / Developer

615-724-3943

A calm presence in the chaos, Matt brings deep experience in digital, motion, and more. He’s the guy who quietly spots the root of a problem and solves it before anyone else finishes their second cup of coffee. Smart, unflappable, and always ten steps ahead. His creative streak started early with short stories and a young author award back in third grade. These days, his design instincts are shaped by a love of games — both video and tabletop — where interaction, clarity, and good systems make all the difference. He’s a quiet champion of thoughtful structure but knows exactly when to break the rules. Also, he owns several musical instruments he can’t play. And he’ll gently encourage you to turn off your email notifications too.

Whitney Pierce

Whitney Pierce

Visionary Voyager

Designer

615-341-3678

Don’t mistake quiet for passive. Whitney’s designs cut straight to the heart of a brand. She listens closely, works intentionally, and brings a level of polish that only comes from noticing every fine detail. Creativity has been part of her rhythm since day one–always drawing, always dreaming. These days, nature keeps her grounded, whether she’s hiking a trail or flying down one on a mountain bike. And when it came time to finish her design degree, she did it while raising two kids, working full-time, and graduating summa cum laude. That same determination shows up in every project. Also, she has no tolerance for bad kerning. Rightfully so.

Whiskey

Whiskey

Welcome Wag-on

Part hospitality, part hallway speed bump, all heart. Whisky is the calm center of the studio. You’ll usually find her stretched out in the hallway, quietly keeping tabs on everything without making a fuss. She’s not one for big greetings or chasing toys. She prefers a peaceful vibe, a good nap, and knowing exactly where everyone is at all times. Laid back and observant, she brings a steady presence to even the busiest days.

Michelle Myers

Michelle Myers

Digital Gardener

Designer

615-341-3686

Deep diver. Detail chaser. Michelle blends design skills with serious technical know-how and makes it look easy. She’s curious, dependable, and lowkey unstoppable. Her creative spark showed up early through high school summers filled with art classes at the High Museum, a radio internship at WRFG, and hours spent exploring the woods building forts and bridges. That same spirit of discovery fuels her work today. She draws inspiration from nature, manufacturing, engineering, and design systems. She notices how things fit together and believes the best solutions are functional, simple, and beautiful. At the heart of it all, she is here to help. And she believes in saying more with less.

Erin Monaghan

Erin Monaghan

Designadillo

Designer

615-341-3639

The definition of steady brilliance. Erin brings serious depth, detail, and design insight to everything she touches. She’s been drawing since she could hold a pencil and still remembers winning the Houston Rodeo Art contest in elementary school for her horse drawings. She’s always been the weird horse girl, and proudly so. Outside the office, Erin finds clarity by getting her hands messy—painting large-format canvases, baking wedding cakes, or crafting with her kids. She believes the best ideas often come when you’re not staring at a screen. She has a knack for spotting patterns others miss, whether in visuals or emotions, and uses them to connect more quickly and work more intentionally. Also, pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza.

Lizzy Simpson

Lizzy Simpson

Graphics Genie

Designer

615-341-3681

If you’ve worked with Lizzy, you’ve smiled. Her energy is contagious, and it shows up in every piece of work she touches. She’s been painting, drawing, and storytelling since preschool, and somewhere around seventh grade, a tough-love art teacher helped flip the switch. That was the moment she started to believe she was actually good at this. These days, she pulls inspiration from music, travel, and the way other people think. She’s got a great ear, a sharp eye, and a knack for keeping brands fresh without losing their core. She also stands by the idea that reality TV is basically anthropology. It’s human behavior, just with better lighting.

Chewie

Chewie

Wookie of the Year

A professional napper, part-time greeter, and full-time floor mat. Don’t let the stillness fool you — the second you walk in the door, he springs to life with tail wags and hopeful eyes, ready to accept the pets he clearly deserves. Known for his unmatched softness, dramatic stretches, and the ability to appear in a completely different part of the office without anyone seeing him move.

Loraine Flegal

Loraine Flegal

Design Ninjaneer

Designer

615-341-8790

The unofficial checkpoint for nearly everything that leaves the studio. Loraine is a production powerhouse with a sharp eye and a surprising amount of heart in every pixel. She moves fast, checks everything twice, and still makes it feel personal. That creative instinct goes way back. She was filling homemade sketchbooks before she could spell her own name. These days, her voice is shaped by deep relationships, modern culture, and a rotating lineup of yearly hobbies (ask her what this year’s is). She’s the type to think three steps ahead and come prepared for anything, often with a fully stocked purse and a quiet campaign to bring back the Oxford comma.

Morgan Norris

Morgan Norris

Art Official Intelligence

Web Designer / Developer

615-341-3662

Part web developer, part brand whisperer, Morgan is that rare hybrid of technical genius and creative thinker. He bridges code and concept like it’s no big deal and somehow makes everyone feel smarter in the process. That curiosity started early, watching Fred Rogers and Shari Lewis on PBS. Their calm attention to people left a mark. These days, Morgan’s creative voice is shaped by books and human behavior. How people speak, how they move, what they choose to leave unsaid. He’s always thinking about the bigger picture, making sure every detail supports the whole. He believes the best ideas are the ones that hold up over time and speak with clarity as well as imagination.

Jon Grimson

Jon Grimson

Video Guru

Video Producer

615-327-4647 ext.238

Equal parts engineer and artist, Jon is a technical wizard with a surprising creative streak. He works fast, solves smart, and keeps things simple in the best way. His creative roots go back to high school, where music, photography, and graphic arts all pulled at his attention. That mix of interests eventually led to a career in the music industry, including a key role in shaping the “Americana” genre. These days, he brings that same blend of instinct and discipline to video production. First on site, he’s already scanning for light and sound before anyone else has unpacked a tripod.

Tom Milner

Tom Milner

Optical Hyperbolist

Illustrator, Animator, Editor

615-341-3654

Tom makes things move. Illustration, motion, video—if it lives on screen, he brings it to life. His creative roots run deep. From chalkboard doodles as a kid to comic books and Mad Magazine, he grew up surrounded by bold lines, strange stories, and just the right amount of weird. These days, he still pulls from pop culture, art books, and music videos to keep his visual instincts sharp. He’s always noticing the details most people miss and quietly calculating how hard they’d be to draw. And while he has a soft spot for the past, he’s not afraid to leave vinyl behind. For Tom, it’s all about access, immersion, and finding what moves you.

Amy Ware

Amy Ware

Girl Behind the Curtain

DIrection + Strategy

615-341-3664

She sees the whole chessboard. Amy is a conductor, a connector, and a master of big-picture thinking without losing a single detail. Her experience runs deep, and her instincts run deeper. That creative spark started early, reaching for crayons while the other kids played house. These days, she brings that same focus and drive into every project—listening closely, reading the room, and guiding teams toward work that resonates with the right audience. She’s shaped by years of collaboration, a marching band mindset, and the belief that a team is only as strong as its weakest link. Empathetic, strategic, and quietly fierce, Amy leads with heart and clarity.

Richard Scaglione

Richard Scaglione

Ambidextriloquist

Copywriter

615-341-3680

With decades of experience and a brain full of stories, Rich is a copywriter’s copywriter. He brings institutional knowledge, editorial range, and the kind of wisdom that makes everyone else take notes. His creative spark showed up after quitting piano lessons and realizing he could play by ear. That led to an eighth grade band called No Dice that, to the relief of rock fans everywhere, lasted only half a concert. These days, he pulls inspiration from music, movies, and time with his granddaughter, who once inspired an entire children’s book with a single made-up word. Rich has an eye for details others overlook and a soft spot for gallery placards. And he will absolutely stand by New York as the only real pizza.

Wes Webb

Wes Webb

Minister of Curiosity

Designer

615-341-3666

Energy. Vision. Follow-through. Wes gets people hyped about ideas they didn’t even know they needed. He immediately sees possibility and is already halfway through making it real before you’ve finished describing the problem. That spark started early, building entire worlds out of Legos and reengineering his action figures just because he knew he could make them better. Music lit the next fuse. He picked up graphic design to make album covers for his band, then, in becoming a DJ, he learned to weave disparate styles to ignite dance floors. Behind the smiles and high fives, though, his creative engine runs on heavy metal. He instinctively knows how to turn unexpected ideas into real impact and truly believes Tokyo Drift is the best of the Fast and Furious franchise.
